Your Custom Heirloom Journey
Creating something custom should feel exciting—not overwhelming. Clarke has designed a simple, fun process that keeps you inspired every step of the way. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Share Your Inspiration
Using the link below, send us 3 images that capture the look, feel, or essence of what you have in mind—these can be sketches, furniture you admire, or anything that inspires you. We will give you an estimate to create your custom piece. When you are ready to place your order, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Reserve Your Spot
Once you are ready, we will create 3 virtual renderings of your idea for you to review and choose from. To do this, we require a 10% design fee*. The fee will be based on the low end of the original estimate you were provided. Bonus: the design fee is applied to your total! This holds your place in Clarke’s creative queue and gets the design wheels turning.

Step 3: Watch It Come to Life
Clarke will work his magic and craft 3 virtual renderings, scaled to size and designed just for you. You’ll get to see your vision come to life from different angles and perspectives.

Step 4: Choose and Customize
Pick your favorite rendering, then tell us what tweaks you'd like—whether it's adjusting dimensions, finishes, or details. You can request up to 3 large changes. (Any additional changes can be negotiated for a fee.) This is where your heirloom becomes truly bespoke.
Step 5: Approve and Build
Once you give the green light on the final design and quote, a 50% deposit (minus the design fee you already paid) secures your spot in the build schedule. The final balance will be due prior to delivery, plus any optional delivery fee if needed.
